Dr. Williams is the co-founder of EMPAC RRG and the President of EMPAC Managers, the attorney-in-fact managing the operations of the RRG. Dr. Williams received his Medical Degree from the University of Miami and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida. He completed the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. He was selected by the facility and his peers as the Chief Resident for that program. Dr. Williams was elected President of the National Resident Section for the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) and was a sitting board member of the National Board of Directors in 2000-2001. Dr. Williams has received multiple awards for his leadership, including the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine Excellence Award and the Albert Laurel Award for Leadership.
