Mr. Williams is the co-founder of EMPAC RRG and the CEO of EMPAC Managers, the attorney-in-fact managing the operations of the RRG. Mr. Williams brings over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. Mr. Williams was President and founder of Risk Transfer Holdings, a company specializing in risk management and insurance for distressed markets. He previously managed in excess of 150 million dollars in healthcare and property & casualty premiums. His areas of expertise include marketing, program management, reinsurance, underwriting, and loss projection.
Mr. Williams received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Florida State University. He is a member of the National Risk Retention Association and holds a NASD securities license.
